Frequently asked questions
How are bowl size and height different?
Bowl size sets capacity and base footprint. Height is chosen separately in centimetres.
Can I change my bowl height after ordering?
Your finished bowl is fixed-height and cannot be adjusted in use. The optional 1–2 cm reduction in our measuring guide is a choice made before ordering.
You can request a change to your selected height within 24 hours after payment. Email support@pettopid.com with your order number and new height. We will recalculate the price for the new height and charge or refund any difference.
This window applies to height changes only. Cancellations must still be requested within 1 hour after placing your order.
Does the inner bowl lift out?
Yes. The matching stainless-steel inner bowl lifts out for filling and cleaning. The printed base stays separate.
Can I choose a nameplate?
Yes. Leave Pet’s name blank for no nameplate, or add up to 10 characters at no extra charge. Names are printed in uppercase. Check spelling and spacing before ordering.
When will my bowl arrive, and what does shipping cost?
Your bowl is made to order within 3 business days, then dispatched. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 6–12 business days to the United States and 4–7 business days to Australia. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
United States: the seven bowl styles listed in our Shipping Policy qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum. For other products, shipping is free on orders of USD 109 or more; USD 15 below this amount. Australia: free shipping on orders of AUD 159 or more; AUD 9 below this amount.
Free-shipping thresholds use the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Read the Shipping Policy for delivery details.
