Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be custom made and packed at our Rhodes studio before it is shipped.

Delivery Time

All orders are dispatched from Rhodes, NSW 2138 via Australia Post.

• Standard Post (2–8 business days)
  • FREE Australia-wide on orders of AUD 29.00 or more
  • AUD 5.00 flat rate for orders under AUD 29.00
• Express Post (1–4 business days)
  • AUD 12.00 flat rate Australia-wide

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and Australia Post network conditions. We currently ship within Australia only.

Tracking

All orders are shipped through Australia Post with full tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Issues with Delivery / Lost Packages

If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue.
