We are a proudly Australian-owned business based in Rhodes, NSW. All our products are designed, custom 3D printed, and dispatched directly from our local studio.
How long will it take to make my order before it is shipped?
Since every tag is custom-made specifically for your pet, please allow 1-3 business days (processing time) for your order to be custom 3D printed and packed before it is dispatched via Australia Post.
What information should I put on my dog tag?
We believe it is vital to include valuable details on the back of your tag to ensure your pet can be returned safely if lost. Generally, this includes phone numbers, a microchip number, an address, or even an Instagram handle. We recommend keeping it clear and concise so it’s easy to read.
Is the surface of tag smooth?
Our tags feature a subtle, unique texture from the 3D printing process—visible only up close, but looks smooth when worn.
Is the tag chew-proof?
While durable for daily use, these tags are not chew-proof toys. We recommend them for pets who don't chew on their collars.
Can my pet swim with it?
Absolutely! They are 100% waterproof, rust-free, and perfect for beach days or pool dips.
